Livelihoods  Increased access to employment and income-generating for at least 6,000 people
  Villagers trained in quake-resistant building methods
  Improved market linkages; increased handicraft production
Agriculture  Watershed management systems in each village

Community Institutions  Village committees advocate effectively for their rights, coordinate local responsibilities
  Government reconstruction policies reflect needs of rural communities
